Download and install manually menu

Hello, now i can't find link for "download and install manually" on windowsphone.com site. Does Microsoft remove it from the site,so we have to download and install all apps from the store?

The store is transitioning to Win 10 Mo and Universal Apps. They are working on it in stages.
