How to fix missing window buttons (close, maximize, minimize) in windows 10?

I have this issue recently. It happened because I'm using High Performance configuration in Radeon graphic Catalyst Control Centre (CCC). Yes I am using Ati Radeon graphic card. After I change into standard performance, the title bar (min,max,close) is back to normal.

I think there's some bug with Radeon and W10. Because this configuration also effecting the internet video. I can't watch any video in internet, even in tubecast app, especially with HTML5 video.

So if you using Radeons as VGA card, try to change the configuration into standard, or just click reset icon on CCC.

Did you check online to see if there are any updated graphics drivers available?

no sir. its ok to have a low or normal performance. Im not playing any games, this is just for school. btw thankyou again sir

Similarly, disabling the 'Dual Graphics' option in CCC fixed it for me on a Radeon R5 235/Radeon HD 8570D. The Dual Graphics config tries to use the onboard and the dedicated GPUs simultaneously. As soon as I disabled it, all the title bar controls reappeared.
