Why i can't install Win 10 TP Build 10240 on a Samsung RV Laptop?

[Windows Central Question]

All bootable Devices won't work. It stuck a Windows-Logo. Bios is Legacy but all DVD's and USB-Sticks won't boot.

Are you sure the USB media created is bootable? And have you selected the media source as the primary bootable option?
