Photos: there are real difference from 640 to 640 xl quality?

Hi,

my question is simple:

- actually i'm evaluating a windows phone, and i'm oriented to the 640.

But i know:

- 640 have a 8 mp sensor
- 640 XL have a bigger sensor, 13 MP, and Zeiss Lens (really?!)

But the question is:

- with the same subject, the XL is very more capable respect to the 640 to do very high quality shot?

Some comparison exist?
