Im trying to use visual studio 2015 community. Now it says that I should enable developer setting to run apps from outside of the store. When I do that the green bar from the right comes in asking me if I want to share with other computers in the network (photos files etc). Now the next time that happens after that is the notification message that my firewall is switched off 
And whats worst I can't see that in the notification menus. When I re-switch the developer setting the situation doesnt repeat. Does that mean my system is most likely compromised? What does the developer setting actually do?
