how to get to build 10240 AFTER returning to build 10166?

hi, I had a problem with OneNote not syncing my coworker and I's notebooks so they only option I had was to reinstall windows. I decided to return to a older build rather than restoring, thinking I would be able to upgrade back to 10240, but windows update says I'm up to date which is obviously false. any ideas or tricks to et back to 10240? I'm using a SP3 if that helps

Did you try moving from the fast to the slow ring or vice versa
