I have had my Nokia Lumia 1020 for almost 2 yrs now and it has frozen here and there, however I have been solving the problem by just powering down and restarting after about a minute or so...but today my son was playing with it, trying to unlock my pass code, and it froze! It has been stuck like this over 2 hrs now...I have tried turningit off nothing will work ...i even had a call but couldn't answer it as my phone is stuck on the same screen...can anyone help me with this problem? ...
