Cortana not working India 1520

I just don't get cortana to work on my 1520.It says I'm unavailable to help you in your region with the language you have chosen.Please can any one give me the right settings to get cortana work locally without changing to USA

Hi SACRIFICE_84 Cortana does work in India , To activate it follow below instruction.

Go to Settings and change your device Language to English (United States) and change your Region to United States.

Also turn on your location service. Once you make these changes in your device the Cortana will start working on your 1520
