W4 - I have not figured out how to close apps. Thank you

Don't know how to close the apps, easy to open, tried everything I know. They run until I shut down. Thanks for taking my question.

Talking about the Iconia W4 right?

Drag down from the top of the screen down to the bottom to close an app.

Hold it until the app flips around if you really need to really close it.
