not able to upgrade from 10130 to 10166 windows phone 10

hi guys!! i own a lumia 720 .my daily driver. I have been facing problem updating my phone from 10130 to 10166 for 2 months now. Its always shows error. how ever after my numerous attempts download once reached to 41% but then that's it .its stuck there from days. no matter how good the WIFI is.it just don't increase . as you all know that the 10130 is quite buggy and i am facing hell of a problem. reverting back to windows 8.1 via LUMIA recovery tool is not an option here because i don't have a broadband and time.. i went to the customer support ,they asked for 550 RS to revert back . i can spend that much money but why when i have a option to update to a lot stable 10166. please help guys .This is my last resort otherwise i ll go to customer service and revert back

You'll need to revert back to WP8.1.
