Line App sync always failed at 30%? help!

[Windows Central Question]

lately in past week WP user cannot sync data using Line app at WP 8.1. it always stuck in 30% then failed. i do believe that this is not my problem only since i know lots of user who has same problem with me

Wi-fi doesn't work anyway. always stuck in 30%

weird thing is, this is happened after reinstalling Line app.

any suggestions?

Yes **** for app in windows phone. I can't login too. What is the solution?
