What the hell happened? Windows Update doesn't show my reservation anymore

Almost as soon as the "get Windows 10" app came out, I reserved my copy of the OS. Every time I went into Windows Update it showed me the Windows 10 logo and it said: "Windows 10 copy reserved (it was in Italian so I don't know what the correct translation in english would be)". This, until yesterday. I launch Windows Update to see if I can get Windows 10 on the first day, and to get prepared, I install some updates, so I won't encounter problems. After restarting my PC, and launching Windows Update again, I don't see the reservation on Windows Update, even though I did reserve a copy. Anyone knows what happened and how to solve this? Thanks!
