Why dont MMS settings work in Windows 10 Mobile - Unlocked Lumia 830 on T-Mobile

Since upgrading to Windows 10 Mobile my MMS settings don't work properly. I have an unlocked Lumia 830 running on T-Mobile. What are the necessary settings because all the ones I've tried don't seem to work. Please help. Both internet sharing and MMS dont work due to this.
