MMS Not Working on Lumia 640 metropcs

I have not been receiving/sending any mms messages from my new lumia 640 from metropcs. i called their customer support and they told me to take out the battery and sim and wait two hours and that doesn't work at all. does it have something to do with the apn? if so please help me.

You might have to add the MMS APN manually.
