Upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10

After the first restart of the PC the following happened. The system seems to try to repeat the start-up procedure several times. At the end the Start button is disactiveted. Windows 10 doesn't see Kaspersky Internet. Back to Windows 7 everything seems Ok. A virus or whatever else? Thank you for your help

You may need to disable your antivirus programs before attempting the upgrade. Also disconnect any unnecessary USB peripherals and try the upgrade again.
