Why can't I use Windows Hello even with the Intel camera and Windows 10?

I bought the Lenovo B50-30 because it has the Intel Real Sense 3D camera. After installing Windows 10, I still don't have the option for Windows Hello available. There are Intel drivers for the camera on the computer and the Intel Welcome to Real Sense 3D Camera app is there and runs.

yeah, I too bought Lenovo b50-30 and windows hello is not enabled for me after I added pin..
were you able to get it working?
