I have a blank blue screen with an active mouse pointer after win 10 install. Fix?

I have(had) 8.1 on my laptop. I hit the window on the taskbar and followed all directions the screen gave me. The install went normally, but the screen said it took a little longer than it should have. The screen finally said "Let's get started!" Then it went blank, my mouse pointer appeared and nothing else. I powered down manually and powered back up and now all I get is a blank screen with my mouse pointer and the circular set of dots indicating something is happening, but nothing does.

I have this same issue.. I have been letting it sit there on the blue screen (Not BSOD) for 4 hours now and still nothing. Not sure what to do really... Anyone have any updates ?
