Windows 10 update is stuck on the blue "welcome back!" Screen!

So I installed windows 10. Everything as far as installation went perfect. Until it loaded, and gave me the "hi there, welcome back!" Message and then a "next" button. I click next, and all that happens is my computer acts like ts not responding and then reboots itself. And this ALWAYS. I need my computer to work. I don't know how to fix this.

Perhaps your computer hangs on an "invalid" driver. Try disconnecting all devices so you only have the bare computer and try again booting.
