How Do I Upload Folders to OneDrive?

I have removable hard drives that I would like to upload to OneDrive (I have "unlimited" space). I have tried the Chrome option, but it seems to create about half the folders and even fewer files and then mysteriously stop.

I wouldn't even mind purchasing a commercial solution, but I have found nothing that works. Does anyone know a solution, commercial or free, that will allow me to upload an entire hard drive to my OneDrive?
