My screen is black after upgrading to windows 10 and I can't access anything, how do you fix this?

Windows Central Question

The screen is totally black and I can't even get to any task bars or any files I had on my desk top! I need to get to my Quickbooks and is there a way I can get rid of windows 10 and go back to 7?
