Element stuck in Quick Access folders, how can I delete it?

Element stuck in Quick Access folders

After deleting an file the quick access folder keep showing it. How can I delete it?

Run command prompt as admin and type the following command:
del %appdata%\microsoft\windows\recent\automaticdestinations\*

it would restore your quick access. Hope it helps.
