Why is it my Wifi and phone internet have stopped working after the Windows 10 update?

I have a Lumia 620.After registering in the windows insider program, i received the iwndows 10 update. Since the update, I am unable to switch On the WiFi services to latch on to a network. The Mobile + Sim settings are also not updated to allow me to switch on my phone internet.
