How can I reset all the settings in Cortana, restore not an option?

want to reset all settings in cortana system restore not an option.

I activated Cortana and it doesn't work properly. I had also set a pin replacing my Microsoft account password; I want to undo all changes I made setting up Cortana. since this is a fresh win 10 install system restore is not an option as it will revert back to windows 7.
