Issues submitting posts on forums

I am a member and I have been for the last couple of hours trying to post a question on the Windows 10 Tablet forum, but every time I submit it it's telling me I need points to post links? Yet nowhere on the post is there any links, I've removed all the checkboxes that may do this yet the same result? I've been a member for years but not a frequent user of the forums, so I may be missing something?
