Alarm notifying at wrong time

Hello,
I set an alarm for 1:45pm a week ago, for Friday (today).

It went off at 4:59 pm today on Friday. I never snoozed the alarm. I'm using the UK region so I can use Cortana fully in Canada.

It has always worked before.

Why now are things going sideways?

Worried now that other appts will fail to notify.

Suggestions? Thoughts?

Why so hit and miss?
