Why does Google Chrome no longer load any pages? App opens but it refuses to load anything?

I wish to continue using Google Chrome as I am most comfortable using it. However, after installing Windows 10, Chrome no longer Loads any pages. Errors will simply appear stating that the page is unresponsive. Any solutions to this issue? And yes I have uninstalled Chrome and re-installed to no avail.
