My phone won't update to Windows Phone 10 preview.
When I try to upgrade my Windows Phone 8.1 to Windows Phone 10 preview. The process always stops in between and a sad emoticon pops up on screen.
I had to get the software Windows Phone 8.1 always at the Nokia Care center. Is there a way to save a recovery somewhere on the computer of Windows Phone 8.1 or do I need to get it online every time this happens?
I have a really slow internet connection and was looking forward to work offline to roll back to windows phone 8.1 if the windows phone 10 preview does not install properly on my phone.
Please help. It will be very helpful. I'm a new developer and windows is a new platform for me. I love this OS and would appreciate any kind of help.
