I downloaded w8.1 on my Lumia 625 ...after complete downloading it said ""update was downloaded but couldn't be opened ""....,,kindly help please

Your question is vague. I'm not sure what you are trying to do exactly. Are you trying to recover your phone with the Windows Phone Recovery Tool? Don't forget this is a forum for WP enthusiasts not Microsoft.
