How do you fix the resolution on crack attack after upgraded to Windows 10?

How do you fix the resolution on crack attack after upgraded to windows 10.

Opened crack attack and only 3/4 of the screen appears. There is a black background across the top of the screen. I have a screen shot of the issue but can't attach it here. It was working just fine before the upgrade and it's the only game effected.
