Why my mouse won't stop loading??

my mouse is loading (like there is something running in the background) all the time
and it's kind of slow , anyone is facing this problem? and I cannot choose from sites an answer of multiple answers because of this.

Why don't you check the task manager yourself? You would probably be able to solve the problem yourself coz there are many processes that could be a factor of your performance issue!

I've tried it , there's no special program running high, I'm trying to use snipping tool to crop the task manager but I can't control it

Try disconnecting your mouse and then reconnect. Best bet would be to try another mouse to see if its because of some mouse compatibility issues. If no luck try a soft reset if you think its due to system background process!!
