Will my windows directory be deleted after upgrading to windows 10?

I have only 1 directory on my laptop ,that is running windows 7 ,all my files and stuff together with the operating system files are on one directory (local disk c),I wanted to check that if my files on this directory would be deleted during the update ?

If you upgrade no. Unless you do clean install and format your hard drive
