Windows 10 reset broke my pc, how can I fix it?

Windows 10 reset broke my pc

I updated to windows 10, and i did a full reset to my pc. now it does not start. all it does is the power button lights up and it stays like that for ages. the display does not come on and there were no respond to the usb connected to it (usb drive, mouse, keyboard)

Do one thing, Remove CMOS Battery & RAM. Then after push start button and power off after 1 min. Wait for 5 mins and Place CMOS Battery & RAM at their respective position and push the power button on. I think this will works.
If not, place Window XP/ 7/ 8 on the DVD Drive , push power button on and immediately change the boot priority to CD / DVD. Boot with DVD and format it and place the old version.
