How to change the font style of "icon" & "menu" in windows 10?

Like in windows 7 we can change the font style but in windows 10 the font style change option is not there. Can any body help me to solve this problem?

Some of these settings are still in Control Panel. Check there, under "appearance and personalization".

There is an option to change the size of fonts, but no option is there to change the font style. Is there any 3rd party software do you know?
