Why are so many programs not working?

After installing Windows 10 over Windows 7, many of the programs won't open. Edge, Settings, Wifi, Store for example. Also I have had so many error messages - explorer.exe, mouse and keyboard, mutesync etc. Will these resolve themselves or do I need to do something else?

Maybe your previous OS has a problem which affect some program.

Try to refresh your PC from setting apps. You also can perform reinstal windows without losing your product key from there

I had to re-start my computer a couple of time to solve some of those issues.
