touchscreen not working since upgrade

can't scroll unless using the sidebar. I can close out, maximize, minimize, etc. Using the sidebar is annoying. I can only "calibrate" the color display, not the touchscreen. I've shut down, rebooted, etc. I can't find anything re: the upgrade that addresses this.

We would need more details - what device are you using. Is it possible to download drivers for your device related to your touch screen, e.g. through Device Manager?
