If you want to have a normal dialog on your issue with VOLUNTEERS who might like to help you if they are able, you would have to join the site so you could reply in a thread. Normal discourse is how these things usually get fixed after all. You ask a question, someone might need more detail which you supply and then someone else might have a solution...
