Tablet keyboard is obstructing bottom half of Office windows, can't see input, how can I fix?

The bottom of a window of an MS Office app, ex. access or excel is covered by the tablet on screen keyboard. Anything below the keyboard (tablet is long wise up and down) is not viable, it can not be scrolled down to. Icons like form view and list view are blocked and worse yet i can not see anything i type while the keyboard is viable. In windows 8.1 the "entire" app window was viable and sat on top of the embedded keyboard view. Without this feature the keyboard and the app are useless and i will be forced to revert back to windows 8.1
