Windows Central Question

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my Excel (Office 365) keeps greying out

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my Excel (Office 365) keeps greying out the ribbon and other command icons. I have to close down Excel and re-open the spreadsheets - a TOTAL PAIN. Any ideas?
