Why is windows 10 reset taking so long? - stuck at 55% for 12 hours

[Windows Central Question]

I upgraded to windows 10, and then tried to clean reset.
It very quickly got to 55% but has been stuck there for around 12 hours now.
I understand it's possible that it takes long to clean and fully reformat my hard drive but this doesn't seem normal.
I would hard shutdown my laptop but I have heard then when people try to boot again, they are prompted with a No OS issue.

Please Help I don't know anymore what to do.

It happened to me at 99% i shut down with button and nothing wrong happened, just os reinstall
