I tried to run MechWarrior Vengeance and MW Black Knight on Windows 10 from original game RD-ROMs but the programs will not launch. What is the fix or work-around? Software Troubleshooter was unable to find a solution.

You can try to explore your CD game files, look for setup.exe file and right click on it / properties / Compatibility / Check the box with Run this program in compatibility mode for / You can choose the older Windows version you want. Your games are from 2000 - 2001 so i recommend Windows 98.

I have tried to change the setting for what program like Win 98 and so on and it still does not work. I am going to try and uninstall it and reinstall and see what happens
