Why don't I have permission to save in this location?

Don't have permission to save in this location

Literally can't save anything. Keeps popping up that I don't have permission, and need to contact the system administrator. Mine is the only account on the computer, and there's plenty of space still on the hard drive.

Right click on the drive in my pc, properties, go to security, choose your user name, and give it full access. Also make sure admins have full access.
