Disk usage constantly at 100 or 99 percent after installing windows 10

[Windows Central Question]

Why is the disk usage constantly at 100%, I disabled superfetch and windows search, it still doesn't works.

My Rig :
i7-3770
Nvidia gtx 760
8 gb ram

I had the same issue for sometime before it settled down. Looks like the OS was performing some background tasks after install. After a couple of updates, it went away. I eventually performed a clean install and the issue never came back.

Did you see which processes are running and hogging CPU. You should be able to see that in your task manager

I have the same issue. I've disabled superfetch and windows search. I have defraged and nothing shows up in processes that seems to be slowing everything down. Help?
