How can I remove shutdown option from Power Button in Windows 8.1?

Hello.

I just want to remove only shutdown option from power button. I'm using Windows 8.1. Also I want to keep other options i.e. Hibernate, Sleep and Restart option. How can I do this? Other users on my Computer always do shutdown and my background work on my account gets lost. This creates me mad. So, I need a working solution.
