Mouse problems with Windows 10

Now that I have your attention, I need some help. Ever since I upgraded to windows 10, I have problems using drop down menus, or even typing in web addresses. almost like someone keeps repeatedly right clicking the mouse. I right click to do something and it closes immediately. I try to type in a web address and it keeps starting me over. I get partially through it and it starts over. NEVER had this issue before the upgrade. BTW...it's happening on a HP DV7.

I am have the EXACT SAME PROBLEM plz tell me f you found a solution I have tried everything I can think of. I use several different programs on my laptop and this makes it EXTREMLY difficult to use, as well as do simple things such as search on the web.
