My PC is running on windows 8.1. I have decided to upgrade to windows 10. So I went to windows update and started to download windows 10. I waited until the download finished. After that, it went to the "Preparing for installation" phase. It has been now a hour and half. It is stuck around letter o which I think represents 30% of the progress bar.
So my question is: should I wait more? is that normal?
Note: I checked Task manager and it appears that it is using full bandwidth of my internet but the progress bar doesnt seem to move.
