desktop shortcut has disappeared. opened settings > system > apps & features. found the application listed. tried to drag to desktop or click to open or move but the only thing that happened was an uninstall option was shown. went to start bar, opened "all apps" and scrolled though listings but the application was not listed.
took the laptop to the local Geek Squad. they could not access the app either. they downloaded the app again. it showed under "apps & features" but not in "all apps". they were stumped and said they would do some research, the tech said he was familiar with windows 10
the two most important applications that can't be accessed are Garmin Express and Netgear's push2tv . other than this issue windows 10 appears to be operating fine
