Intermediate problem arrived while fixing the sppining gears issue with combination of keys.

I had a new issue while doing this following steps. At the end of step 1) im not getting any exclamation mark instead of that im getting blinking Nokia logo on the screen. If i leave the volume down button and its same again the spinning gears. Please help me on this issue.

Turn off your smartphone
1) Press and hold the "Volume Down" button
With the volume key pressed, press "Power" to turn the phone on
When the phone vibrates, release the "Power" key but keep holding the "Volume Down" button
2) At the exclamation mark, release "Volume Down"
Press the following key sequence in order: (NOTE: Nothing will change on the screen while you enter this combination of keys, so pay attention to the key presses)
"Volume Up"
"Volume Down"
"Power"
"Volume Down"

Your smartphone will now reset.
