Win 10 service registration missing or corrupt, how to fix that

cant get win 10 to run, no hot bottoms work, ran file scan- no corrupt files found, I need help in beginners terms

Installed win 10 several days ago but I cant get it to work, No Hot Buttons work etc., but it say's I'm running win 10. I still have the same desktop configuration as I had in win 7, but all my former programs as paint, accessories, system maint. ms office, word, calculator etc. are missing. What do I need to do to correct this?, please instruct in Beginners terms as I am a Novice in this industry, thank you
