Laptop NOT booting after Windows 10 Upgrade.
My Toshiba Satellite L775D-S7226 is not booting after Windows 10 Upgrade. It come up to display, "Hi, Welcome". Then goes into some cycle. Display has Windows 10 icon and keeps flickering. System tray at left bottom corner has Windows 10 icon, right to this icon is text( Search the web and windows ), right to it is small open window icon. On the far right end of system tray is small icon which looks like some text should open up but is nor clickable. Mouse cursor when left in bottom tray area displays rotating blue circle. Never gets out of it.
Microsoft Tech Support could not get to the safe mode and escalated call to another tech group which is supposed to call back after like 20 to 21 hours.
Toshiba and Norton both have directed that problem needs to be fixed by Microsoft.
If anyone has a solution, please advise. I can then get back to work.
