Help! Photos don't appear in camera roll! Dx (Lumia 1020)

So today I was out and about taking pictures at a pier and all was normal, maybe except for it not charging fast enough, since I wanted to conserve battery I didn't bother reviewing the shots, just taking more from different angles. A few hours later I went to check them and they are NOT in the camera roll. I checked through Lumia Camera, through photos, through Files. Nada. They do however appear as pending (and failed) uploads to OneDrive. I've soft reset it to no avail and no computer wants to recognize the phone.

Any ideas of what's going on or what's happening? Or maybe if I could somehow salvage the shots? The one chance I get to photograph the Caribbean Sea and *this* happens. ?_?

Check date/time on your phone. And pictures might be at the very top of camera roll folder
